The presentation was conducted by the project coordinator from our university's Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center, Instructor Dr. Harun İlçioğlu, and the Project Steering Committee Chair and YADOT Education Association representative, Instructor Zehra Kum.
In the presentation, the Language Tree WEB Application, which aims to improve the basic speaking skills of individuals learning Turkish as a foreign or heritage language, was introduced. The technical features, pedagogical infrastructure, and the interactive learning experience offered to users by the application, which stands out with its video-based and AI-supported structure, were detailed.
Developed as a modular learning platform where users progress through multiple video responses guided by written, visual, and verbal cues, the system, also known as the "Language Tree Speech Robot," stands out as an innovative digital tool supporting the effective and widespread teaching of Turkish. The website www.dilagaci.com provides access to the application.
Our university continues to contribute to the teaching of Turkish and produce quality projects with digital-based educational applications.
