As part of our university's 20th-anniversary events, the "Future Career – Panel #1," organized by the Kastamonu University Technology Transfer Office (TTO), brought together representatives from the public, finance, and private sectors alongside students.
The program was aimed at supporting career planning for final-year students and establishing direct contact with the business world.
The panel's opening speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Alperen Kaymakcı, General Manager of Kastamonu Teknokent. The session was moderated by the Coordinator of the Idea and Business Development Support Office, Lecturer Dr. Berkan Güngör.
The program featured Kastamonu Deputy Governor Dr. Hakan Kubalı, Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Human Resources Specialist Dr. Derya Dengel Taş, and DenizBank Kastamonu Branch Manager Elif Akacık as panelists.
The panel discussed career processes in public administration, recruitment practices in the private sector, and opportunities in the finance field. Interview experiences, recruitment criteria, and the competencies expected from recent graduates were shared.
At the end of the program, plaques were presented to the speakers, and participation certificates were given to the students.
