Kastamonu University is preparing to welcome its newly enrolled students for the 2025-2026 academic year with an "Orientation Program." The program, organized under the coordination of our university's Career Development Application and Research Center, aims to help students quickly adapt to university life and consciously step into academic life.
The program will take place on September 22-23, 2025, in the Sezai Karakoç Hall of the Central Library at Kastamonu University. During the two-day events, students will be provided with essential information they will need throughout their university life, delivered by expert academic and administrative staff in their respective fields.
As part of the orientation, students will have a chance to get to know the social, cultural, and academic opportunities offered by the University up close, while also expanding their social circles by making new friends.
On Monday, September 22nd, the first day of the program, students from the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Forestry, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, and School of Civil Aviation will come together from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. On the same day, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, students from the Faculty of Tourism, the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, the Faculty of Communication, and the Faculty of Sports Sciences will participate in the program.
On Tuesday, September 23rd, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, students from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the Faculty of Theology, the Faculty of Health Sciences, and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences will meet with academic and administrative staff. Between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, students from the Kastamonu Vocational School will also meet with academic and administrative staff.
