The Coordinatorship for Excellence in Education, established within Kastamonu University, continues its work to create an educational environment where our students and faculty feel valued, qualified, and happy.
The coordinationship aims to continuously monitor teaching and learning processes, taking into account the expectations of students and academics, highlighting strengths and developing concrete policy recommendations for areas open to improvement.
In this context, activities such as analyzing student satisfaction surveys, transparent reporting at the faculty and vocational school levels, and publishing brochures and bulletins that will contribute to the pedagogical development of teaching staff are being carried out. In his statement, Professor Dr. Berat Ahi, the Coordinator of Excellence in Education, stated that they aim to create a happier and more productive learning environment not only with numerical data but also by listening to the opinions and expectations of students and faculty members.
Prof. Dr. Ahi emphasized the importance of shaping the future of our University together with a data-driven, transparent, and solution-oriented approach, highlighting that the Directorate aims to develop a participatory and innovative educational culture by working hand in hand with all stakeholders.
