Kastamonu University's digital platform KÜ-NET has been made available with its renewed design and developed infrastructure. Reconstructed with an updated interface, the platform brings together the corporate applications and digital services used within our University in a more organized and accessible manner under a single roof.

KÜ-NET, designed to manage and continuously improve academic and administrative processes using verifiable data and an integrated digital architecture, serves as a unified platform for providing institutional services from a single point, in line with the Vision for Turkish Higher Education Toward 2030. 

Through the renewed KÜ-NET, our students, academic and administrative staff can access a large number of applications used in education, research and development, administrative processes, and community contribution activities from a single point. The platform includes many digital services such as the University Information Management System (ÜBYS), Electronic Document Management System (EBYS), Quality Data Management System (KVYS), Academic Data Management System (ÜNİS), BAP Automation, Open Access System, Eduroam, corporate email, cloud storage, e-signature, phone directory, support request system, and mobile applications.

In the renewed structure of KÜ-NET, applications are categorized into Leadership, Governance and Quality, Education-Teaching, Research and Development, and Social Contribution, enabling users to access the systems they need more quickly. Thus, while access to the digital tools used in our University's academic, administrative, and social activities is provided through a more integrated structure, the aim is to offer institutional services from a single point. The platform supports a data-driven management approach by providing reporting and traceability capabilities.

Developed with an accessible interface, sustainable infrastructure, and a data protection and information security approach, KÜ-NET facilitates access to digital services through its mobile device compatibility and user-friendly design. With its developable infrastructure, the platform enables the integration of new applications and services into the system, serving as a central access point that contributes to our University's digital transformation and supports the more effective use of corporate applications.
