A ceremony was held to present certificates of achievement to Kastamonu University student communities that were eligible for support and successfully completed their activities within the scope of the 2024-2025 UNIDES (University Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program), which is carried out under the coordination of the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The ceremony, held in the Kağan Talip Tığlı Youth Center Conference Hall with a large turnout, was attended by Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Sami Kuşcu, Head of the Health, Culture and Sports Department of our University, Mehmet Sena Aygül, youth leaders, community advisors, and numerous students.
The program highlighted the contributions of projects implemented under the UNIDES framework to our students, social life, and the province as a whole.
Certificates of achievement were presented to student groups that successfully completed their project processes throughout the semester. Students stated that through these projects, they gained both field experience and achievements in areas such as teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility.
Our university, by supporting a total of 86 projects across four terms in the UNIDES program during the 2024-2025 period, has become the third province with the most approved projects, following Istanbul and Ankara. The ceremony concluded with the taking of a commemorative photograph.
