A ceremony was held at Kastamonu University to honor administrative staff (civil servants, contract personnel, and permanent workers) who demonstrated outstanding performance in their duties.

The ceremony, held on November 13, 2025, in the Rectorate Meeting Hall, was attended by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Atalan, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ömer Küçük, and Acting Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Demirbaş, Acting Head of Personnel Department, Tayfun Tiryaki, and numerous administrative staff.  

As part of the ceremony, awards were presented to selected personnel, recognizing their efforts, dedication, and work discipline within our university.  

Speaking at the event, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, emphasized the contribution of administrative staff to the development of our University, stating, "The labor and dedication of our administrative staff are of great importance to the institutional success of our University.  Rewarding success is the most valuable investment in the future. I congratulate all our award-winning personnel and wish for their work to continue to increase.   

The program concluded with a group photo after the award-winning personnel were presented with their certificates.
