In collaboration with the Technology Transfer Office and the Graduate Education Institute of Kastamonu University, a comprehensive training program is being launched within our University to promote a culture of projects and support research-oriented academic production.
The events organized under the title "Project Information Training Series" aim to enable our academics, researchers, and graduate students to make more effective use of national and international support programs.
During both face-to-face and online training sessions, practical information will be shared across a wide range of topics, from project writing processes to international mobility opportunities.
The first session of the training series, "TÜBİTAK 1002 A and B Rapid Support Module Training," will be held face-to-face on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the Teknokent Ilgaz Hall.
The online session of this training, with Prof. Dr. M. Cengiz Baloğlu from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture and Prof. Dr. Evren Küçük from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences as speakers, will be conducted by Prof. Dr. Özgür Kaynar from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 10:30 AM.
Continuing with the program, on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 1:30 PM, Dr. Instructor Furkan Çoban will provide information about "International and National Research Scholarship Programs." On Friday, May 15, 2026, at 14:00, a training session on "Erasmus+ KA154 Youth Participation Activities" will be held, with Ayfer Yılmaz in attendance.
The training program will conclude with the "Erasmus+ Mobility and International Opportunities Training" conducted by a faculty member from the Faculty of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökhan Kaya on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 1:30 PM.
Vice Rector and Director of the Graduate Education Institute, Prof. Dr. Selahattin Kaymakcı, stated in his evaluation of the matter that they aim to enhance the competencies of academics and young researchers in accessing national and international funds through the "Project Information Training Series."
Highlighting the contribution of scientific projects to academic development, Prof.Dr. Kaymakcı invited all our academics, researchers, and graduate students to participate in the upcoming training series.
