On September 18, 2025, Serpil Durgut, the Provincial President of Yeşilay Kastamonu, and the other board members visited our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, in his office.

 During the visit, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Küçük and the Academic Advisor of the Genç Yeşilay Community, Res. Assist. Şevval Yeyit Bozdemir, were also present. During the meeting, ideas were exchanged regarding awareness and training projects that could be carried out with our students and academic staff.

 President Durgut thanked our Rector for their interest and hospitality and gave a thorough overview of Yeşilay's work in addressing addiction, social awareness initiatives, and YEDAM (Yeşilay Counseling Center) services.

 Our Rector also thanked President Durgut and the accompanying delegation for their visit, touched upon the impact of Yeşilay's work on society and young people, and stated that they are open to cooperation in the fight against addiction.
