Resul Deveci, who was appointed as the Director of the Kastamonu Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, paid a courtesy visit to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal. 

During the visit to the Rectorate on July 29, 2026, evaluations were made regarding the development of cooperation between our University and public institutions. Additionally, a mutual exchange of ideas was held regarding the work carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change throughout the province. 

Stating that they attach great importance to collaborations with public institutions, our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, thanked Provincial Director Resul Deveci for his kind visit and wished him success in his new duty. 

Provincial Director Resul Deveci, thanking our Rector for their hospitality and good wishes, expressed his hope that the collaboration between our University and the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change would continue to grow.
