The President of the Turkish Dietitians Association Board of Directors, Prof. Dr. Hülya Gökmen Özel, visited our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, in his office on May 18, 2026.

During the visit, the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. Abdulkadir Tuna, and Assist.Prof.Dr. Tuğba Tatar was also present. 

During the meeting, evaluations were made of collaboration opportunities that could be developed between our University and the Turkish Dietitians Association, as well as of the ongoing studies in the field of health and nutrition.

Our Rector expressed his satisfaction with the visit and provided information about the projects and activities for students being carried out at our University. Stating that they are open to any kind of cooperation that will contribute to raising healthy generations, our Rector wished success to President Prof. Dr. Hülya Gökmen Özel in her association's activities.

Chairperson Prof. Dr. Hülya Gökmen Özel expressed her gratitude to our Rector for their hospitality and stated that they would be pleased to carry out joint projects with our University in the field of health and nutrition.
