The final Board of Directors meeting of Kastamonu Technopark for 2025 was held on December 29, 2025, at the Kastamonu Technopark Administration and Incubation Center building, chaired by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, and attended by board members. 

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Kastamonu Technopark Inc., Prof. Dr. Alperen Kaymakcı, Provincial General Assembly Chairman Doğan Ünlü, Municipal R&D Director Adem Ünal representing Kastamonu Municipality, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Küçük, Kastamonu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KATSO) Chairman Oğuz Fındıklıoğlu, and businesspeople Hüseyin Avni Üster and Tuncay Yılmaz. 

Also present at the meeting were Assist. Prof.Dr. Mehmet Karamanoğlu, Deputy General Manager of Teknokent, and Firm Process Management experts Dr. Zuhal Arife Küçük and Dr. Gizem Örek. 

Speaking at the meeting's opening, Deputy Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Kastamonu Technopark Inc., Prof. Dr. Alperen Kaymakcı, gave a presentation on the activities carried out in 2025 and the goals for 2026. 

At the meeting, the activities carried out by Kastamonu Technopark in 2025 were evaluated, as well as projects planned for the year, new initiatives to be launched, and financial targets discussed. The Board members exchanged views on strategies and goals for the upcoming period.
