Students from Kyrgyzstan who came to Kastamonu University to study under the Orhun Exchange Program visited our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, in his office on September 23, 2025.

The visit was attended by four Computer Engineering departments from the Kyrgyz International University and one food engineering student from the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. During the visit, there was an exchange of views on the students' educational processes at our university, their academic goals, and opportunities for cultural interaction.

Our students expressed their gratitude to our Rector for their hospitality and stated that they would have the opportunity to develop academically and culturally during their time at our University.

Our Rector, emphasizing that the Orhun Exchange Program strengthens cooperation and cultural ties among universities in the Turkic world, wished the students a productive and successful semester at our University.

The visit concluded with the presentation of gifts and the taking of souvenir photos.
