Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, hosted Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Karataş, Rector of Çankırı Karatekin University, and their accompanying delegation in his office on November 3, 2025.

During the meeting, which our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Ömer Küçük, and Acting Secretary General, Assoc., also attended. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Demirbaş discussed issues such as university-industry cooperation, regional development, and academic collaboration.

Our Rector, Professor Dr. Karataş, who provided information about the current and future work of our university, thanked the accompanying delegation for their kind visit and emphasized the great importance of joint projects, research, and other academic activities that could be carried out between institutions, and that the collaborations to be established would contribute to the region's economy. 

Rector Prof. Dr. Karataş and the accompanying delegation expressed their gratitude to our Rector for the interest and hospitality shown to them. They emphasized the importance of cooperation and joint efforts between the two universities and the city, which can be achieved through the sharing of knowledge and experience, thereby broadening their perspective. 

The visit concluded with the exchange of gifts and a photo session to commemorate the day.
