Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, paid a courtesy visit to Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, who has been reappointed as the President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).

During the meeting, consultations were held on the YÖK 2030 Vision, which aims to advance Türkiye’s progress in higher education.

Our Rector expressed his belief that this vision, which seeks to enhance quality in higher education, will contribute to placing universities in a more respected position nationally and internationally.

YÖK President Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar thanked our Rector for his kind visit and stated that they will cooperate with universities to establish an even more qualified higher education system in the new term.

At the end of the visit, our Rector thanked YÖK President Prof. Dr. Özvar for his warm reception and wished him success in his new term.
