Mehmet Keskin, the chairman of the Kastamonu 2nd Heavy Criminal Court and Justice Commission, who has been appointed to Afyonkarahisar, paid a farewell visit to our Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal on July 7, 2025.

During the visit to the Rectorate, our Rector expressed his pleasure in hosting Commission Chairman Keskin. Expressing gratitude to Keskin for his dedicated work and contributions so far, our Rector wished him success in his new position and hoped that his service would be beneficial for our country and nation.

Justice Commission Chairman Mehmet Keskin, during his tenure in Kastamonu, thanked our Rector for the cooperation and support established with our University and wished him ease and success in his work.

The visit concluded with a commemorative photo taken in memory of the day.
