Muş Alparslan University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican visited our Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal in his office on November 5, 2025. Our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Atalan, was also present during the visit. 

Discussions about potential collaborative initiatives between the two universities in academic, scientific, and cultural domains were undertaken during the meeting at the Rector's Office. Kastamonu University and Muş Alparslan University signed a "Protocol on Academic and Scientific Cooperation" after the talks. 

Within the scope of the signed protocol, the aim is to increase the scientific production capacity of both universities, share laboratories, exchange materials, exchange faculty members, researchers, and students in designated fields, and plan joint activities.

Muş Alparslan University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration, stating that the protocol would contribute to Muş Alparslan University. He also thanked our Rector for the hospitality shown to him.
