The students and academicians of Aviation Club of the School of Civil Aviation participated in Teknofet, Turkey's first and only aviation, space and technology festival, organized with the partnership of many organizations that play a critical role in the development of national technology in Turkey.
Teknofest Aerospace and Technology Festival, the first of which was held in 2018, hosts many activities such as technology competitions, air shows, concerts, talks and events on various topics, to increase the interest in technology in society and to transform Turkey into a society that produces and develops technology and aims to raise awareness. Within the scope of TEKNOFEST, technology competitions in various disciplines and categories were organized for hundreds of thousands of young people to realize their dreams.
Director of the School of Civil Aviation of our university, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Engin Kanbur emphasized the importance of participating in Teknofest, which was held in the 100th anniversary of our Republic, with his students. Stating that it is necessary to attend Teknofest to see the latest developments in the field of aerospace, Mr.Kanbur stated that it is proud to continue the journey of the National Technology Move with firm steps.
Emphasizing that as Kastamonu University Civil Aviation School, they will continue to raise individuals who will contribute to the National Technology Move, Mr. Kanbur conveyed his thanks to the president and management of the Aviation Club.
