Levent Uslu, Deputy General President of Memur-Sen (Confederation of Public Servants Trade Unions) and General President of the Union of Municipal and Special Administration Employees (BEM-BİR-SEN), visited our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, in his office with his accompanying delegation. 

During the visit, BEM-BİR-SEN Kastamonu Provincial President Hakan Sirkecioğlu, Eğitim-Bir-Sen Kastamonu Branch President Orhan Sancaktaroğlu, and Eğitim-Bir-Sen University Representative Uğur Bal were also present. 

During the visit, evaluations were made of the cooperation opportunities between the university and the unions, as well as of the current developments in higher education. 

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, thanked the delegation for their kind visit and expressed that they place great importance on communication and cooperation with stakeholders. 

Levent Uslu, thanking our Rector for his hospitality, stated that the collaboration to be established with universities is valuable for the development of public employees and institutional communication. 

The visit concluded with mutual good wishes after the photo session.
