The Chairperson of the Yeşilay Kastamonu Branch, Büşra Sürücü, and the accompanying board members visited our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, in his office on April 1, 2026.

During the meeting, ideas were exchanged on awareness and education projects that could be implemented with our students and academic staff.  

Thanking our Rector for their hospitality and kindness, the chairperson of the branch Sürücü, along with the accompanying delegation, provided detailed information on the work carried out by Yeşilay in the fight against addiction, community awareness activities, and YEDAM (Yeşilay Counseling Center) services. 

Our Rector thanked the chairperson of the branch Sürücü and the accompanying delegation for their kind visit and highlighted Yeşilay's role in raising social awareness. Additionally, our Rector highlighted the impact of Yeşilay's activities on society and young people, and stated that they are open to collaboration in the fight against addiction.
