Kastamonu Provincial Police Chief Kayhan Ay, who was appointed as the Provincial Police Chief of Malatya by Presidential Decree, paid a farewell visit to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal, on September 12, 2025.

 During the visit at the Rector's office, an evaluation was made of the work carried out and the collaborations established during the time he was in Kastamonu.

Our Rector thanked Police Chief Kayhan Ay for his services to Kastamonu and wished him success in his new position.

Police Chief Kayhan Ay expressed his satisfaction with serving in Kastamonu, and thanked our Rector and the collaborations established with our University during his time as chief.

 The visit concluded with mutual expressions of goodwill.
